Ørdinance Holdings Limited is an independent reinsurance brokerage and actuarial consulting company providing structuring and placement of reinsurance in the Bermuda market.

History of the company
Ørdinance Holdings Limited was incorporated in June 2003 in Bermuda and is a privately owned and independent company. The company began as a consulting firm providing actuarial consulting services on the structuring of insurance and reinsurance transactions. The company obtained its reinsurance broker license on March 8th, 2004.

The Principal
The company was created by Guy Cloutier, an insurance professional with 30 years experience as senior executive and consulting actuary, including 10 years as chief executive officer of insurance companies. He was the founder and CEO of a prominent Canadian personal lines insurance company selling direct to the public. Mr. Cloutier is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
